Insurance Information

We are in network with the major health insurance providers in our area. Click here for a complete list of insurance networks that we participate in. If you do not see your insurer listed, please notify our office. In addition to insurance, we also accept cash payments at comparable rates to insurance reimbursement. Please contact us for cash prices.

New Patients

We are accepting new patients. To provide patients with low wait times and convenient care, we encourage prospective patients to pre-enroll with Sensible Family Healthcare. Pre-enrollment is a simple process where patients complete insurance and health history paperwork at at their convenience prior to appointments. This simple process helps reduce wait times when care is needed. To have a staff member reach out to complete the pre-enrollment process, please click here and complete the patient form.

Appointments

All appointments are scheduled in advance with adequate time for your needs. We will make every attempt to honor your appointment, for we do understand the value of your time. Please understand that unpredictable delays may occur. If timing is critical, you may reschedule. If you have to cancel your appointment we ask you notify us as soon as possible.

Telephone Calls

Patients are encouraged to call or text anytime they need medical advice or have a simple question. In order to provide the best quality of health care we do ask patients to call our triage nurse during regular office hours when your chart is available for reference.

If our nurse is assisting another patient, please leave a message including your name, phone number and best time of day to return your call.

Prescriptions

Established patients may refill most prescriptions by calling your pharmacy. If your refills have expired, have your pharmacy call to us directly.
